Maybe it's the Halloween decor accumulating dust on the store shelves it's been there so long.
Maybe it's my insane need to get plenty of 'wear' out of clothes.
Tonight-the new Halloween pjs I picked up on my trip to Georgia over the summer came out.
These glow in the dark skeleton Barbie pink pjs may just have magical powers.
After running back and forth to their dark closet multiple times to check the glow factor, we all ended up in the living room where Kennedy found her groove...
and a hanger.
She was jamming with her hanger belt
so Madison joined in for some attention
but Kennedy was just stealing the show
jumping, swinging her hips, shaking her head, singing a made up song
there were a few spills, but she was completely unphased
we couldn't stop smiling
she was so in her groove, and the skeleton pjs just added to her movements
Madison couldn't stand the lack of attention so she slowly leaned her body onto the love seat
as though she was operating in slow motion she slithered down the side of the sofa
and rolled onto the floor. such the drama queen
we just ignored her silent fit so she curled into my lap while Daddy hooked the dancing skeleton
Mommy reminded Kennedy it was time to settle down for bed and Kennedy responded
by pretending to sleep. Can you see her eyes pinched tightly shut? She wasn't fooling anyone and she knew it
What a great laugh! If only still photos had sound!
It was a great first night for both little skeletons- but tonight, Kennedy was definitely the goofiest.
