Uncle Chris and Tali

August 5th, Uncle Chris and Tali came over for dinner and to share photos of their recent trip to Greece.
We started with dinner- Lalo's take out.
Mmmm...Lalo's.
Then moved onto photo sharing time.
We got set up on the couch and flipped through a day or so of the trip before the girls needed a bath.
They have become creatures of routine.
Dinner, then baths, then play time or reading, then bed.
Tonight was no different.
After Mommy washed the girls, Uncle Chris hung out with the girls for play time so Mommy could see more pictures.
After bath time the girls were thrilled for more playtime with Uncle Chris- he gives the best rides around the house.

Kennedy (not so) patiently waited for her turn on Chris's shoulders.

Once she was up in the air,

she was a little unsure.

So she went back to the old standby- duck in mouth, laying on Sierra's bed.

Madison joined her briefly

then went back to playing with Uncle Chris

The 143 photos took forever to look through.
The stories were fantastic, but Daddy slowed the process.
He insisted on having his computer pulled up with Google Earth so he could see where each photo was taken, where each day unfolded, how each hike started off and ended up....
He was a little bit of a pain in the butt for Mommy who wanted to hear all about the trip, see all the pictures, but do it in a time frame that works with young kids.
We did learn that Chris and Tali have a very different idea of 'too many' pictures.
They took 143 (after deleting the bad ones) pictures on their more than 2 week (I don't remember exactly how long they were gone) trip through the islands of Greece.
They thought that was excessive.
In the month of July, we took 384 photos (after deleting the bad ones!).
Whew- now that's a lot of photos!
We love spending time with Chris and Tali and hearing all about their adventures.
When are you two coming back to play?!
