Painting Pottery

Tuesday, April 21st the girls met up with some of their friends at the Clayhouse in downtown Kissimmee to paint pottery.

Before we painted, we went to Joanie's Diner for some take out.

Madison thought the twirly seats were fantastic.

Madison picked out a monkey (or bear- it's open to interpretation)

Kennedy munched on some crackers while the big girls painted.

Reagan painted a pig and Kendall painted a flower.

When all the painting was thru, Kendall and Connor went home for naps.

Madison and Reagan stayed to play with the chalk wall for a little while.

Then we all left our pieces for firing and glazing.

Madison's monkey was a mess, but pretty cool for her first effort.

The monkey sits on our kitchen table at home now so she can talk to/play with it every night at dinner.
