We love Aunt Dar and Uncle Mike.
On this trip we got to see them quite a few times.
The first was April 11th.
Uncle Mike was all smiles when he met his little namesake.

Since it was almost Easter, Aunt Dar got the girls special Easter Mickey and Minnie dolls and little baskets of candy.
Madison liked the candy.
Kennedy wasn't sure which was better, Minnie or Mac- the dog.
Mac felt the same way about Kennedy.
Such a Mama's girl.
It didn't take long for Madison to find Aunt Dar's kaleidoscope,
or figure out how to use it.
Action shot.
Madison snuggled up in the quilt Aunt Dar was working on- after the Tootsie pop was finished, of course.

After a long day at the beach the girls and I drove to visit Aunt Dar and Uncle Mike again.
When we arrived Kennedy told Aunt Darlene all about her favorite baby (which was from Aunt Dar got her for Christmas)
I picked up wooden blocks I'd been wanting for the girls and a couple denim skirts.
But Aunt Dar won the prize.
She got Madison a tutu, leotard, and FABULOUS flower headband.
The girls played with blocks for a little while
then Madison got to drive Aunt Dar's 1953 MG.
OK, not really- but she sat in it and honked the horn.
She wouldn't take off her ballerina outfit off, but wanted to wear Aunt Dar's straw driving hat.
After dinner we loaded up and headed down to Twistee Treat for an ice cream cone.
Madison still didn't want to take off her ballerina outfit off.
She LOVED her ice cream with rainbow sprinkles.
The next day all the girls went to Celebration with Aunt Dar for an appointment.

We cruised the shops downtown while Aunt Dar picked up her new glasses.
Then it was off to check out Aunt Dar's favorite doll shop- the place where all the girls' special babies come from. Kennedy picked out a toy
then we were off to lunch at Cracker Barrel. Mmmmm....
After lunch it was back to the house for nap time.
Madison wouldn't let her tutu out of her sight when she was awake.
As soon as her head hit the pillow we snuck it away to share with Kennedy.
so we ditched it
and let her crawl around.
Then back with the headband and Madison's magic wand.
When cuddle time was over, we packed up and went back to Gramm's.
The girls look forward to more slumber parties with Aunt Darlene and Uncle Michael!
