That's the day Madison had her first piggie tails.
She became a big sister before she had piggie tails.
October 2 2009
That's the Day Kennedy had her first tiny piggie tails.
More than a year earlier than her sister- Kennedy has enough hair....
at the back of her hair- to have piggie tails.

Later that same day, Noah invited his favorite Shemenski girls over to his house to make pumpkin pie.
We picked up funny turkey hat in the Target dollar spot for the occasion
(yes- it was only October 2nd- but if you don't pick up the seasonal stuff when you find it in the dollar spot it will be gone)
Madison and Noah were too cute with their turkeys and whisks.
They each made a pie
from start to finish
After pie time, we went home for naps.
In our little old rental house, most of the doors don't close tightly. The ones that do NEED to be closed at all times to keep monkeys out.
Kennedy has loved her sisters toothbrushes for several weeks now.
She is always anxious for teeth brushing time.
After lunch she was a mess so Mommy took her messy clothes off and went to the kitchen to clear the dishes.
In that short time, Kennedy was quite busy-
She climbed the stairs, used the cabinet as an extra step and climbed right into the sink to help reach Madison's Hello Kitty toothbrush.
I couldn't help but laugh after I nearly had a heart attack imagining her falling and cracking her head open!
She is one quick monkey.
