Slippery Fish goes to Florida

May 15th Daddy said he was going to fix Mommy's computer problem.
He left the house laptop in hand early Saturday morning.
Just after lunch time as the girls were settling into naps, Daddy returned home.
He said the computer problem was solved then handed over a white box with a small gray apple in the middle.
You guessed it- Daddy solved Mommy's virus problem with a brand new, shiny MacBook Pro.
Call it an early 30th birthday present, a headache reliever for Daddy- either way it was an unexpected surprise treat!
When the girls woke up from naps we decided to try out Skype with Gramm and Pop in Florida with our new web cam.
Gramm was not home, but Pop was more than excited to see the girls.
Madison decided she wanted to sing Slippery Fish to Pop.

She started with the Great White Shark verse.
Kennedy's favorite part....

"OHHH NOOOO"!

Needless to say, Madison was pretty excited to see Pop talking to her live on the computer.

Kennedy is just like Mommy as a baby- she has to have her tongue out!

When it was Kennedy's turn, she wanted to give Pop a hug. This was the closest we could get.

Not the greatest shot, but at least you can see Pop.
I see lots of Skyping in our future!!

The Guard

On our last Disney World trip the girls chose these Mickey light sabers.
Sometimes they are the goofiest kids.
May 15th they both ran around the house in their new sparkly beach t-shirts from Gramm and Pop and their wooley, winter scarves with their 'weapons'.
At one point Kennedy managed to get Madison's away from her, too.
Doesn't Kennedy look like she's guarding the door to keep Sierra outside?
